Order Questions

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed. If you have placed an order and not yet received this notice, please check your email program’s spam folder.

If you have placed your order correctly, checked your spam folder and have still not received a confirmation email, you can always login to your account, where you will be able to check your order status and confirmation email.

You can check your order status by entering your email address and order number below:

If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.

If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please visit your order status page to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.

You can change your address on your account details page. Please be aware that you cannot change the address for a shipment once it has been shipped!

Note that you need to be logged in with the account from which you placed the order and that you check if your order has not been shipped yet.

Shipping Questions

We’ll start processing your order as soon as payment is received. Receipt of your payment may take longer, depending on the payment method you’ve selected.

Credit card payments are the quickest option. If you’ve paid by credit card you can expect your order to be shipped the next working day.

Shipping time estimates

From the moment your order is shipped, your order is likely to take between 2 to 10 days to arrive, depending on the shipping option you’ve selected. Postal services vary from country to country, and some may deliver more quickly than others. We also provide a tracking number to your order when its available.

We can send your cannabis seeds to most states in the US. It is NOT possible to send cannabis seeds to many countries outside the E.U., but it is possible to send non-cannabis seed products. Sadly it must be expressly stated that at this time cannabis seeds CAN NOT, under any circumstances, be sent to the United States or Canada.

Bayside Genetix understands that customers rely on complete discretion, especially when it comes to what orders look like when they are packaged. All products are prepared in discreet and sturdy white paper packages lined with plastic bubble wrap to protect the items within. The company values the privacy of customers highly, and endeavours to protect this at every stage. Shopping, payment processing and client aftercare all have this privacy factor as built-in as is possible.

This is what packages look like when packaged. The carefully chosen unobtrusive protective packaging assures both the quality of the products inside and the privacy of customers.

There are no company logos or advertising on the envelope. Sensi Seeds guarantees all customers that there will be absolutely no reference to cannabis, seeds, or related subjects on the outside of the packaging.

It is virtually impossible to ascertain what is inside the package unless the seal is broken and it is opened.

Our products can not be delivered to PO boxes.

The ratings give you a good idea on how discreet, easy and secure a payment method is. We also included a rating based on the speed of a payment method so you can easily make a choice based on your personal preference.

All credit card transactions and all information pertaining to them are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We do not have access to cardholder information and no credit card details are ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that no credit card information can be examined, used or modified by ourselves nor by any third parties who might attempt to gain access to sensitive information.

Bank transfer

Paying by bank transfer is the second best payment method. Paying by direct bank transfer is very discreet, although somewhat less than paying by credit card. It is still fast, but since this method is not automated it will require extra steps as compared to paying by credit card.


Use this option only if the two methods described above are not possible. Sending money by mail, even insured mail, is far from safe and therefore we cannot be held liable for any payments lost in transit. We offer this option because many customers request it, but we do not recommend sending cash by mail.

Your credit card / bank statement will NOT show any reference to cannabis. The name that will appear on your statement will be Bayside LLC, so nobody will be able to tell what you have bought or where you bought it.
